Sectors we work in
The equipment is the same. What changes is the access, the tolerance for downtime, and how much the part is worth if it goes wrong. These are the sectors we scope work for most often.
Industrial and manufacturing
Machine parts, moulds, dies, production equipment and contamination removal.
Engineering and fabrication
Weld preparation, rust removal, coating removal, tooling and fixtures.
Automotive and transport
Engine components, chassis parts, brake components, wheels and restoration projects.
Mining and heavy equipment
Components, maintenance cleaning, corrosion and coating removal.
Agriculture
Tractors, implements, shafts, housings, tools and restoration.
Construction and infrastructure
Steel structures, beams, frames, fabricated components and site equipment.
Food and beverage
External equipment and stainless steel surfaces, subject to hygiene controls agreed on site.
Marine and engineering
Corrosion and contaminant removal from suitable marine and engineering components.
Heritage and restoration
Decorative and architectural metalwork. Precision work, and we test before we start.
Property and facilities
Gates, railings, steelwork, signage and maintenance restoration.
The job still starts the same way
We look at the substrate, the contamination, the finish you need and whether the work can be done safely where the asset already sits. Where it is practical we run a test area before we commit to the whole piece.
Food, beverage and hygiene sensitive environments need site specific controls agreed with you before we start. Production line work, night shifts, weekends and urgent breakdown response are quoted separately from standard rates.
