Privacy and POPIA
Short version: we collect what you send us so we can quote your job, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect your name, a phone number or email address, your company if you give one, and what you tell us about the job. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone we hold whatever you send in that conversation, including photos of the surface.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, quote the work and carry it out. That is the only reason. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other companies, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they may still be useful to you and then deleted. Records relating to work we actually did are kept as long as we need them for our own accounting and warranty obligations.
Your rights under POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Ask us and we will do it. There is no form and no charge.
